About the cover: Cover is based on images from a 61-year-old male patient with right upper lobe non-small cell lung cancer and ipsilateral mediastinal (N2) nodal metastases being evaluated for curative surgical resection after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. On the left, a section of an axial contrast enhanced CT image reveals a large right upper lobe mass and enlarged right lower paratracheal nodes (arrow). On the right, a section of an axial integrated PET/CT image shows the mass has decreased in size after neoadjuvant therapy; there is increased 18F-2-deoxy-D-glucose uptake in the right lung malignancy and right paratracheal nodes suspicious for residual, viable malignancy (arrow).
